Plastic injection molding

Plastic injection molding process refers to the melting of raw materials through pressure, injection, cooling, from the operation of a certain shape of semi-finished parts of the process.

It is a manufacturing process for producing parts in large volume. It is most typically used in mass-production processes where the same part is being created thousands or even millions of times in succession.

Our plastic injection molding process produces custom prototypes and end-use production parts in 15 days or less. We use steel mold tooling ( P20 or P20+Ni) that offer that offer cost-efficient tooling and accelerated manufacturing cycles.
